Registration forms are available at the library. You will be asked to provide the participant’s name and age. Contact information is optional. Your information will not be shared with third parties, we simply track the number of participants and the hours read so that we can send in a report to the state library. This helps us to get funding for the library for the future!
We will have a link to registration forms and reading logs below, if you would like to print out your own forms.
SUMMER READING REGISTRATION FORM
Tracking forms and stickers will be available at the library when Summer Reading starts on Tuesday, July 9th.
Craft!
We will have children’s crafts each Tuesday, starting on July 9th and ending on August 13th. Craft time will start at 1pm. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
All crafts and events are free for participants.
Win!
Registered readers will receive coupons for discounts on ice cream at Twisted and tickets to enter for draw prizes. Winners will be drawn at random at the end of the summer reading program. Prizes will be on display in the library throughout the summer.
Adults who register will be entered into a drawing for a Martin’s Greenhouse gift certificate or a Jezi’s Treasures gift certificate.
